It is now over 4 months since SMA launched its successful online auction format. The high volume of online activity at SMA’s online auctions from remote buyers clearly shows that many buyers across the country are reaping the benefits of this cutting edge technology including:
  • Elimination of cost associated with travel to and from the auction house.
  • Not losing a morning, afternoon or a full day out of the office.
  • Viewing stock and all the vehicle condition reports well in advance of the sale in the comfort of your office or at home.
  • Setting an alarm against the specific lots of interest.
  • Provision of accurate Glass & Cap Guide Figures (Calculated at the exact mileage) at your fingertips. No more rushing to guide a vehicle at the last minute.
  • Ability to bid on vehicles located at any SMA site from the comfort of your home/office.

As our online offering reaches its next stage of development SMA is now introducing a competitive Online Buyers Fee of £25.00 Plus Vat per lot purchased from the 1st September 2009.

We are always interested in your feedback so if you have any comments or queries in relation to our online auctions please email David Edgar at davide@smag.co.uk
